Complaint channel

This procedure has the objective of defining, and implementing, a simple procedure, through which, the employees, collaborators or third parties of RGC can know effectively, express and communicate your concerns, or suspicions, based on coherent reasons, on instructions received or on any situation, of which you are aware, that you consider to represent a failure to comply with norms and rules established in the RGC Code of Conduct, other internal regulations, or violations of our legal system or European Union Law, using the tool that has been created for this purpose: the COMPLAINTS CHANNEL.

Please read carefully the following information on how to use the COMPLAINTS CHANNEL, as well as the procedure for receiving, processing and registering these.

Remember:

THE COMPLAINTS CHANNEL is not competent to resolution of customer complaints and claims.

The COMPLAINTS CHANNEL is also not competent to resolve customer complaints and claims related to Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

The objective of the COMPLAINTS CHANNEL is the reception and treatment of complaints about irregularities or breaches of current regulations, committed by employees or third parties linked, directly or indirectly, to RGC.

This is a channel confidential communication And in his case, anonymous, and therefore, the content of the complaint is strictly confidential and reserved and managed outsourced.

The obligation to use this COMPLAINT CHANNEL is understood without prejudice to the general duty It is up to any person to report any criminal act of which they are aware to the competent authorities.

The objective of the COMPLAINT CHANNEL is to have a system that allows, in accordance with the requirements of good faith, employees, collaborators and administrators of RGC to communicate those irregular situations that they may be aware of, derived from the commission of a crime or of the violation of any of the Codes and/or Manuals that exist in the company.

In an absolutely confidential manner, you may report those activities and/or conduct that may involve an irregularity related to a case of sexual harassment and harassment based on sex in employment.
