code of Conduct
Within the framework of the requirements of current regulations, in order to achieve its objectives and goals, Romar Global Care (RGC) lays the foundations of your organization on compliance and respect for current legislation, as well as, in the development and application of a series of ethical principles and values, in accordance with methods and behaviors that promote ethically correct and transparent behaviors.
RGC assumes, as one of the informing values of its activity, the commitment to comply with the current legal framework. This implies a degree of “0 tolerance” with those behaviors that, carried out within the Company, or by people or companies linked to it, involve any violation of the pre-established legal order and regulation of all the activities carried out within it.
As a result of the constant effort to achieve a maximum degree of compliance in all matters that affect RGC, the company's Code of Conduct, implemented since 2017 by the Board of Directors and updated in 2023, constitutes a basic tool of the RGC Criminal Risk Prevention Model, implemented in compliance with the obligations arising from LO 1/2015, as well as the EU Directive 2019/1937 and which contains the catalog of principles and standards of conduct that must govern the actions of all those who are linked, in exercise of their activity, with it.
Through these principles and values, RGC is committed to guarantee transparency and correctness in all its activities, in an ethical and responsible manner, designing its policies in accordance with respect for methods of action that must inspire the conduct of all employees and managers of the entity, as well as any natural or legal person that represents it.
Therefore, the RGC Code of Conduct constitutes a point of reference for the actions of all those who are linked, in the exercise of their activity, directly or indirectly, with RGC, paying special attention to the compliance and respect for current legislation.
Indeed, our commitment is based on the conviction that transparent and responsible action can only be achieved by applying the maximum correctness in the achievement of the proposed objectives by all those who relate to RGC. Only in this way can we guarantee respect and compliance with the set of values and ethical principles that make up RGC's business and social culture and that constitute, ultimately, its reason for being.
